8 HUGE WWE Evolution Predictions You Need To Know

3. Kairi Sane Vs. Shayna Baszler

Shayna Baszler has just one singles victory over Kairi Sane to her name, and that came in a nondescript seven-minuter on NXT's 28 February episode. In big match situations, 'The Pirate Princess' has 'The Queen Of Spades'' number, having first overcome the former mixed martial artist in last year's Mae Young Classic final, before besting her for the NXT Women's Championship at TakeOver: Brooklyn 4.

A modern Women's Revolution classic, their last clash was incendiary. Baszler, the division's alpha bully, looked to dominate her underdog ability, whose perceived lack of killer instinct meant she supposedly had little hope of prevailing. Sane compensated with plenty of fire. Dominated for long stretches, she was made to rely on sheer strength of will, and it paid off, as the Japanese flyer Bret Hart'd her way out of a clutch and into a pinfall victory.

Baszler has been rampant since then, destroying the limbs of anyone who'd dare step in her path. It's a typically exciting, well-booked NXT feud, but with one of these parties seemingly destined for an imminent main roster call-up, the blow-off is predictable.

Winner: Kairi Sane.
