8 HUGE WWE No Mercy 2017 Predictions You Need To Know

1. Dead Men Walking

The Undertaker Braun Strowman

The collective electricity generated by Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman is enough to power an entire arena these days, which is useful because there's every chance 'The Monster Among Men' might knock all the wires out when he tips the whole f**king building over in his effort to claim the Universal Title from 'The Beast'.

A match that's utterly impossible not to be excited for, the one-on-one clash between the two most over superheavyweights on the main roster is the simultaneous wet dream of the entire fanbase and Vince McMahon. A rare coming together perhaps not experienced since Hulk Hogan and The Ultimate Warrior meme'd themselves into immortality at WrestleMania 6, the two have the chance to leave yet another memory of chaos and confusion in the hearts and minds of a fanbase feasting on their feverish fire.

The only downside (and it's tiny enough that you can't even see it when these two stand in your way) is the fact that, at some point, it may need to be revisited. As depressing as it may seem to consider in the build-up, the best outcome for the match may be no outcome at all. Especially with one other legendary giant lurking in the shadows.

Gone but not forgotten, a surprise appearance from a rumoured-to-return Undertaker would provide more than a satisfying conclusion to the pay-per-view itself, even if the main event contest comes to an abrupt half. Kept away from Roman Reigns (for the time being at least) but able to stand before Braun, a new distraction for WWE's prime beef would create organic separation between him and an increasingly fortunate 'Beast', at least until they can rumble once again.
