A lot has been made about Ronda Rousey’s performance at WrestleMania 34 on Sunday, as she held her own and locked both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in her patented armbar submission hold. But Sunday wasn’t her first moment at Mania.

Three years earlier, The Rock was verbally sparring with Triple H and Stephanie when McMahon got in his face. Rock noted that he wouldn’t hit a woman, but then he climbed out of the ring and found someone who would. He plucked Rousey from the audience and brought her inside, where all hell broke loose.

Triple H got hiptossed, while Stephanie had her arm trapped, sending fear into her face. The Authority fled, leaving Rock and Ronda standing tall. For the fans in attendance, it wasn’t an additional match, but it was a welcome bonus of in-ring confrontation with some huge names mixing it up.
