At some point in the evening, Braun Strownman will face his current tag team partner Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship. Brilliant eh? Tow big faces in the ultimate sporting contest to crown a new champion! A friendly rivalry at the top of the card! Such depth, such nuance... and absolutely no way in hell WWE are going to write it that way.

Instead, they're going to need to spoonfeed the audience a comfortable face/heel dynamic so that they know who to cheer for. You're not allowed to make up your own mind in WWE, remember, so they do it for you. All conventional logic says that one way or another, Strowman will blame Rollins for the loss and wail on him in the aftermath. This, if nothing else, helps make Rollins a heroic underdog going into his title defence beaten up a pulp.

A massive shame this, as face Strowman is one of WWE's most entertaining assets, but for them to keep the dynamic as it is would be a trend-busting slice of main-event writing. You never know, though...
