8 Matches WWE Should Book For Hell In A Cell PPV

4. Intercontinental Title: Dolph Ziggler Vs. Cesaro

The IC Title needs to go back to the wrestler's title, meaning that it needs to be defended more often and its champion should be having some of the best matches on the card. After Ziggler's feud with Miz, which featured a lot of comedic moments, they need to make the IC Title matter again. To do that, Cesaro should become the top contender for the gold. Since Cesaro was just in a US Title match with Sheamus, it would feel a bit repetitive to have him go after the other midcard title. It's not a bad idea, though. They're two of the most skilled in-ring performers in WWE. When they've wrestled on television in the past it was obvious that they had great chemistry. Nobody can sell Cesaro's power moves the way Ziggler can. What would really be nice is if WWE could stretch this rivalry out for two or three months so they had multiple PPV matches. It could start with Ziggler winning by DQ, then he wins clean and then in the third match, potentially at TLC in December, they could have a 2/3 Falls match or some kind of weapons match to make it stand out more. What's important is that WWE puts two of their best workers in a match and allow them to make the IC Title matter more than it currently does. If you invest time in the characters, the fans will respond favorably to it. These two can really make the IC Title seem special again.
