Remember on RAW last week, when WWE pulled off an entertaining segment involving The Miz, a man dressed as a bear, a grandfather clock and Dean Ambrose? Wouldn't it be great if WWE ran a mildly amusing joke into the ground?

This week, The Miz was unsuccessful in his attempts to procure a tag team partner for a match against Heath Slater and Rhyno - that is, until a man dressed as a bear rode to the ring on a tricycle. Elements of this were funny. The bear had his own tron. The Miz sold it with a priceless expression of disbelief. It soon degenerated into broad, unfunny farce, however, when the bear fell off the trike as he pulled up to the ring. Re-read that sentence. The f*ck are we doing with our lives?

You know a segment is terrible when Michael Cole is the best thing about it. "He's bearly legal," Cole said as the bear tagged himself in. He soon ruined that, too. "This match so far has been unbearable." "The bear is pawing Slater!"

Sometimes I wish a grizzly would maul Michael Cole to death. That's a funny bear-based joke.
