8 New Directions After WWE Money In The Bank 2019

New T-Shirts: 'Beast In The Bank' and 'Bayley 1 Belt'.

The Miz

That death stare The Miz gave Shane McMahon following their Steel Cage thumper at Money In The Bank is a not-so-subtle hint that they're headed for yet another rematch over the next month or two. In WWE's world, heels (even ingenious ones that are willing to get naked to win) who escape defeat and then are immediately stared down by their babyface counterparts do not move on quickly.

After Miz vs. Shane III, who's next? Not Goldberg, hopefully, but someone else. That is why Miz is there; even if he wins the third singles epic between he and McMahon, he's still a prep tool for Shane's feud with SmackDown's new 'Big Dog'. The surprising thing would be if WWE didn't book that one.

Surely, unless everything that's been happening over the past few weeks is an intentional misdirect from creative, that's where things go after Super Show-Down. 23 June marks the date of a new pay-per-view called Stomping Grounds, and that's followed by Extreme Rules on 14 July. Those dates might be where someone takes a new road and proves SmackDown is his yard after all.

It's not the only "new road". There are new directions all over the place...
