It's easy to forget, but in the midst of the WWE Title Tournament, Triple H approached various wrestlers backstage with words of encouragement, including Alberto Del Rio, Cesaro, and a certain Kevin Owens. None were able to get the job done, but that doesn't mean the Authority can't go back to the well and attempt to convert one of these heels into a corporate representative. The most interesting option would clearly be Owens (as long as it was written properly, and WWE avoided transforming him into a one-dimensional kiss-ass) . His naturally snarky, rebellious attitude would cause constant friction with not only his opponent, but the Authority themselves. We already know, thanks to several clashes on Raw, that Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens share a certain in-ring chemistry. Like CM Punk and John Cena's monumental 2011 feud, this storyline could also incorporate elements of their paths to WWE superstardom; Owens took a long, winding path to the major leagues, and now he's a corporate contender, while Reigns was hand-picked for his look and size, but now finds himself an anti-authoritarian champion.
