Yesterday saw WWE formally welcome eight new recruits to the Performance Center, announcing the signings (most of which were reported elsewhere months ago) via the standard dot com gallery and writeup.

It seems WWE's talent acquisition department never sleeps, even in the midst of a global health crisis that has cost dozens of independent contractors their jobs with the promotion, including key talent scout Gerald Brisco. The recently-departed legend may have been key in one specific newcomer signing up at the Performance Center (more on that later), though the bulk of these recruits come directly from WWE's EVOLVE purchase.

Absorbing Gabe Sapolsky's now-defunct promotion was a long, gradual process, with the group acting as a pseudo developmental territory for months prior to the buyout, and some of its brightest lights will now get a crack at WWE. Each has moved into the biggest spotlight of their respective careers thus far.

Standing out in a hundreds-deep talent pool won't be easy and the majority of these newcomers will likely have to bide their time prior to making television. Before they do, let's run through all the essential, must-know info on each one...
