8 Potential Opponents For Brock Lesnar After WrestleMania 34

1. Bobby Lashley

No official word has been made on the status of Bobby Lashley, but the overwhelming majority of wrestling fans believe he is on his way to WWE. Lashley recently finished up with Impact after a stint that deserved far more credit than it was given, and a return to WWE has never seemed more likely. It would be no great surprise to see The Dominator make his return on the RAW after WrestleMania.

Bobby Lashley in 2018 is dramatically different to Bobby Lashley in 2007. Walking Armageddon is far leaner and far more nuanced than the wrecking ball that had the misfortune of representing Donald Trump back at WrestleMania 23. The former ECW Champion could be a hugely valuable acquisition.

A Bobby Lashley vs. Brock Lesnar feud has been bandied about for years now, and the majority of the focus falls on the respective MMA backgrounds of both men. What this has to do with professional wrestling isn’t entirely clear, as the last thing fans want to see is two big men rolling around on the floor. But, in a pro wrestling contest, Lashley and Lesnar running head on against each other is a truly tantalising prospect.

Lashley has been pushing for the match for years, although any top-tier pro wrestler should absolutely be doing the same. A program with Lesnar would do more for Lashley than it would Brock, but it could also help transition The Beast Incarnate out of the company.Or maybe Brock will decimate Roman Reigns and start another year as WWE Universal Champion.

Stranger things have happened…
