8 Reasons Brock Lesnar Must Retire The Undertaker At WWE Hell In A Cell

7. The Undertaker Is Past His Prime

It hurts to say it, but something which has become abundantly clear ever since WrestleMania 30 is that The Undertaker's best days are long behind him. Sure, there were signs of improvement during his match with Bray Wyatt at this year's Showcase of the Immortals, and he looked even healthier again at SummerSlam, but appearance aside, and he's simply not The Undertaker he once was in terms of in ring ability. That's true for any ageing veteran of course. Kane certainly can't go at it in he ring anything like he used to, while Sting wasn't particularly fun to watch in either of his recent WWE appearances. It would be sad to see The Undertaker continue on until he's at that point, and while the Phenom probably still has at least a couple of years left in him, why not end things now while the going is still good? The fact that The Undertaker is no longer at his best means that there's relatively little he can bring to the table moving forward; a full-time schedule obviously isn't something he's capable of and there's just no way he's going to be able to hold his own in the ring with younger talent as a way of putting them over. The Undertaker's 25 year career has been legendary, but let Brock Lesnar end it before he outstays his welcome.
