Wade Barrett was booked to battle The Undertaker at WrestleMania 27 but WWE had jobbed the Nexus out so much that there was little value left in Barrett for such a marquee spot. Let the prospect of that one settle in for a second... The heights Nexus' Barrett could have been propelled to with a stellar performance in a valiant defeat to the Deadman on the Grandest Stage of Them All... WWE clearly didn't, and currently don't know what they have with their King of the Ring. Maybe he could rebuild himself on the independents and prove he could be a main event level talent for Vince McMahon.
