8 Reasons You Need To Start Watching TNA Again

7. Decay

The Decay - TNA Tag Team Champions
Impact Wrestling

Decay is far from being an all-time great stable, but they’re one of the best ones going today. The group’s formation turned Crazzy Steve from a lame comedy act into a psycho clown, made Abyss interesting again and gave us Rosemary, who has been a solid addition to the roster.

A nice, small touch that the group has is their theme song. Most of TNA’s themes have been bad, generic guitar pieces over the years; a Jimmy Hart special if you will. Decay, though, now has has Marilyn Manson bringing them to the ring. This is due to Billy Corgan’s involvement, as he also helped The Dollhouse land a Courtney Love song. It adds to their aura.

With Bram getting involved with Decay, it will be interesting to see where they’re headed in the future. They could probably use a couple more members in the act to make them feel more dangerous, but for now they’ve become one of the more entertaining parts of the show.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
