It certainly feels weird having a list with the word 'best' in the title and an entry with the words 'The Great Khali' found within, but here we are. You can count the number of not-awful Khali matches on one hand, and in truth you can count the number of good Khali matches on one finger.

That magical match came at One Night Stand in 2007, as the Punjabi Nightmare challenged Cena for the WWE Championship in a Falls Count Anywhere match. Khali was already on the decline, as a month earlier he had tapped out to Cena's STF. Still, he had pinned Cena the night before, so there was a chance.

This isn't Lance Storm vs. Chris Jericho, of course not. It is as good as a Khali match could possibly be however, as the huge Indian just batters Cena for 10 minutes. It is entirely one-sided, and somehow Cena carries Khali to a truly entertaining battle.

Cena powers back to pick up the win of course, delivering an AA to Khali off a truck. It was by far the in-ring highlight of Khali's WWE career.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
