Okay, so this one may be a little debatable. Del Rio arguably hasn't had a great match in World Wrestling Entertainment, despite being one of the most talented professional wrestlers to work for the company in the last decade. Del Rio's finest matches have come against similarly talented workers such as Dolph Ziggler, Daniel Bryan, and Christian.

I'd argue that Del Rio's Last Man Standing match with Cena just tops his ladder match for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship earlier in the year against Christian. The Cena match was unique from the start, as the ring was collapsed following Big Show and Mark Henry's bout beforehand.

The state of the ring made for a variety of creative spots, and whilst R-Truth and The Miz ran in for the lame interference finish it was still the most motivated Del Rio has been in the company. We all know a motivated Del Rio makes for great wrestling, and this was as good as El Patron has been.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
