8 Things That Must Happen At WWE Battleground 2017

1. Talking Smack Should Stand Up For Itself!

Talking Smack has, to quite the online uproar, seen its schedule greatly reduced. No longer will Renee Young and Daniel Bryan grace our screens on a weekly basis; instead we'll only see the creatively liberating panel show after SmackDown-exclusive pay per views.

This means that our first taste of the show's new format will be after Battleground, and you can bet your bottom dollar many hardcore fans will be tuning in to see if the hosts or wrestlers make a controversial statement.

My money's on Bryan. The former WWE Champion has seemed pretty carefree with his words since being barred from in-ring WWE competition, perhaps realising that should he be released from his contract, he'll be free to wrestle on the independent scene again. I'm not saying that's a good scenario, but it certainly makes things more interesting whenever he has a live mic in his hands.
