8 Things We Learned At WWE Live In London

7. Women's Revolution

As cynically booked and marketed as it was, WWE's "Women's Revolution" has made a lasting change in the company. Wrestlemania Main Events are one thing - they're incredible PR and grab all the headlines WWE are looking for - but it's in the minutia that you can really measure an altered mindset. House shows being headlined by a lengthy and warmly-received women's title match might not feel like much, but it is significant.

WWE Live, as opposed to every other type of event the company operates, is purely there for fans on the night to have the best time possible. They need to see their favourite stars, they need to create memories for their kids, and they need to go home happy. Thus, your main event has to be your biggest ticket draw, and all other considerations are secondary.

Even with half the roster back in America for Raw, WWE still had Finn Balor, Rey Mysterio, Seth Rollins, and Kevin Owens on this card. Multiple-time world champions, one-time-or-another faces of the company, and even WrestleMania headliners; all given an undercard slot for Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair. This isn't a novelty for the company these days, and stuff like that matters.
