Sam agrees with AJ's previous point and says that not only did it turn it into a great opportunity for AJ, but it did for several others as well. He mentions Samoa Joe, who has been able to follow the "AJ Styles model" where he gets to come into the company as himself, be acknowledged as a guy who had a career prior to his time in the promotion and use that as momentum to help him succeed.

Styles concurs and talks about how well Joe is doing since his arrival in WWE, calling him someone who should have been in the organization a long time ago. He feels Joe is a guy that can do it all, and that for his size he shouldn't be able to move the way he does, yet he can and it makes AJ angry.

He labels his former TNA colleague as an unbelievable athlete as well as great on the microphone, adding that there's nothing he can't do. He says that attitude is one of the things that can often get overlooked in the business, but that Joe has a great one and it's one of the things that has helped drive him to be successful.

Sam says there are a lot guys with tremendous buzz behind them who everyone thought would be a surefire star who never live up to that potential, and a lot of times a poor attitude or an inflated ego is often a contributing factor to their downfall. AJ agrees and says maturity and understanding your job and being willing to put your best effort into whatever is asked of you is the key to longevity.
