4. Nothing Left

When Randy Orton committed arson to reveal he was working to destroy the Wyatt Family all along, the storyline was rightfully lauded for being a rare case of some longterm booking patiently followed to a satisfying conclusion.

Regrettably though, the fiery payoff came several weeks before WrestleMania, and since then the duo have been fittingly left with the charred ashes of a fabulous angle.

After Bray's pedestrian victory over former follower Luke Harper, Orton appeared on the TitanTron with the same paddle Wyatt had used on the 'Apex Predator' the prior week. Thrusting it in Sister Abigail's grave via the medium of a far-too-well-produced video, Randy threw the final blow and again reduced Bray to a wreck in the ring as he had during the original inferno.

The quiet crowd appeared to imply indifference to the conflict, which is sadly the probable outcome on Sunday, as 'The Viper' and 'The Eater of Worlds' will (not for the first time in their careers) look to avoid silence from a gigantic audience.

Despite the inclusion of the WWE Title, after reactions for both men at the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber, the company can only view the end of this months-long tale as a disappointment.
