LeRae will arrive in WWE with a vast, varied resumé. She has played countless roles throughout her run on wrestling's smaller stages, with the bulk her most notable moments coming as one half of the World's Cutest Tag Team. Her partner? Joey Ryan, whose d***-flexing antics mark him as one of the most divisive wrestlers in the world, particularly among traditionalists.
The duo's partnership began in 2013. They came together in PWG, and this eventually led to them challenging The Young Bucks for the promotion's Tag Team Titles, though the WCTT were unsuccessful in their first attempt. Their chase continued, however. 10 months later, Joey and Candice finally took the gold, besting the Bucks in a bloody 'Guerrilla Warfare' match, then going on to hold the straps all the way to May 2015, having mounted successful defences against teams like The Addition, Inner City Machine Guns, and a Johnny Gargano/Chuck Taylor combo.
WCTT remain a popular indie fixture today, though they haven't worked PWG for a long time. Regardless, 2017 saw them drift in and out of the scene's top promotions, and December saw them become the latest freelancers to have a t-shirt sold in Hot Topic, signifying their relevance.
