When some wrestlers are signed to developmental deals, they’re brought up to TV in short order. Others have to wait a bit before they are given the opportunity. Ember Moon had to wait for over a year before making her televised debut.

Her first match in developmental was on Oct. 10, 2015 in a losing tag effort against Alexa Bliss and Peyton Royce. She then had a couple of dark matches at TV tapings before being renamed Ember Moon, where she continued to remain off TV. She took on Asuka in multiple title matches at live events, as well as appearing in a dark match at Takeover: The End in a winning effort.
