Simply put, it makes no sense to have Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe continually interfere with Sami Zayn, Chris Jericho and Seth Rollins on behalf of Triple H, if it’s not going to lead somewhere. We already know Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens are somewhat in cahoots with The Cerebral Assassin, and most people are assuming that they’ll be part of a larger faction lead by The Game at some point.

This story has to be expanded upon at Mania, or at least permeate throughout the show. One of the best parts about such an all-encompassing story is that it affects all parts of the show, and makes RAW feel like more of a coherent and lively fictional universe. This ought to continue at Mania – you can’t have matches involving Seth Rollins/Triple H and Kevin Owens/Chris Jericho without these elements having some kind of effect, or at least being brought up by the commentary team.

Besides, Joe is currently only scheduled to appear in the Andre the Giant Battle Royal, which seems like a lowly place for a man who’s been treated like a monster since appearing on the main roster.

Having him make his presence known further up the card would make the show much more interesting, and would make the Triple H ‘Creator/Destroyer’ story the focal point of the next night’s RAW.
