Naturally, most wrestling fans will primarily be interested in one thing regarding the XFL's rival: how it will affect Vince's role in WWE.

This was one of the first questions asked, and the Chairman's answer was simple: "not at all." No matter what happens with the XFL, Vince will continue in his current role as WWE's CEO and Chairman, and it'll have no impact on his day-to-day duties with the promotion.

It's best to take this with a hint of cynicism. McMahon's work ethic is legendary, but he's 72 years old now, and still very hands-on with WWE. Regardless, he's 100% confident that he can maintain with the workload without compromising his wrestling activities, and while he'll oversee all XFL operations, he won't be a public-facing executive.

"Quite frankly, this may be the last you see of me in terms of being out in front," he said, adding that he plans on hiring a team of experts to fill such roles. This will help reduce his workload, but to what extent? We can't imagine owning and operating a professional football league is a straightforward task...
