8 Times Braun Strowman Didn't Look Like A Monster At All

2. When He Was A Rosebud

It’s difficult to look at a man of Braun Strowman’s stature and not envision him as a monster, but somehow WWE was able to do just back in 2014.

Sticking out like a 6-foot-8 sore thumb in the back of the Exotic Express, Strowman played the role of Goofy Gladiator Guy #1, who only served to provide extra security during their shenanigans as well as catch Adam Rose when he leaped from the apron.

Rather than plow through countless opponents or flip anything that could have flipped, the gladiator among men scuttled around the ring and pretended to dance just like the rest of the Rosebuds. All the while, he traded in his mean mug for a cheesy grin bigger than his beard. Luckily, Strowman was reintroduced as the giant he is today, but if there was any bright side to his party-lovin’ former self, it was that he proved he had the ability to play a comedic role, should it ever become necessary later in his career.
