8 Times Dolph Ziggler Has Nearly Sabotaged His WWE Career
8. Wrestling Is The Least Important Thing
Lets start with the most recent infraction. Last week during a Twitter Q & A session conducted by Ziggler with the hashtag #AskTheHeel, Dolph was asked what the most important thing hes learned in WWE has been. He replied with the tweet Wrestling is the least important thing in WWE. While on the surface this may seem offensive for a company that has wrestling in the name, the comment itself does seem to be right in step with what Vince McMahon himself envisions for his business. Its no secret he places more emphasis on the entertainment aspect than the wrestling even going so far as to allegedly ban the use of the word wrestling on WWE TV in favor of the term sports entertainment. But its likely that the company views the tone of the tweet as antagonistic. Its easy to read that remark in Dolphs voice and realize that he doesnt mean that in a complimentary manner, as his frustration is palpable in the statement. WWE has shown a tendency to be petty in the past, and it wouldnt surprise me at all if Ziggler finds himself with a bit of heat after his recent comments.
