Until recently, Bray Wyatt was coasting through his career, growing dangerously close to glorified jobber status. His cycle was always the same. Wyatt would make grand claims about being an 'Eater Of Worlds' proclaim himself a 'God', threaten to destroy his opponents and then ultimately come up short.

Rinse, repeat, snore.

At some point over the past year or so, Wyatt decided to heed advice he received from The Undertaker many moons ago. 'Taker, a master of knowing when to press the reset button on his iconic character, told Bray that he'd have to constantly flow with the product and find his place within it. If that meant changing, then so be it.

That's what this new masked character is all about. Wyatt is following The Undertaker's gospel and reimagining himself as a 'new' Bray Wyatt. It was about time, and it'll hopefully lead to a much better, more enjoyable run both for Wyatt and fans who had tired of WWE's ineptitude when it came to booking him.
