2. Kevin Nash

The amount of money Kevin Nash made during the heady heights of WCW's peak is the stuff of legend. If various reports over the years are to be believed, Nash had a unique contract that saw his pay instantly bumped up should anyone sign for the company on more money than he was earning. As such, there was a spell of time where Big Sexy was taking home over $1.5 million a year.

Upon returning to the World Wrestling Federation in 2002 as Vince McMahon brought in the nWo, Nash was given a deal for an annual downside guarantee of $700,000. But, as became a running joke with Big Daddy Cool, that run with the company saw Nash as forever being one match away from an injury.

After only a month back with McMahon's company, Nash was put on the shelf with a bicep injury. Upon returning, the multiple-time World Champion was instantly faced with another spell on the sidelines - this time a quadriceps tear rending Nash out of action for nine months.

By the time all was said and done with this particular Kevin Nash run in WWE, the former Diesel competed in just 17 TV matches across an 18-month spell - with only a handful of those being singles contests. Even after departing the company following SummerSlam 2003, Nash was soon forced to undergo neck surgery as the wear and tear on his body continued to make itself known.
