8 Ups & 3 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Jan 14)
7. Credit Where Credit's Due
Ken Shamrock could've easily came to Hard To Kill, had the match with Madman Fulton, and be done with it. However, that was far from the case.
After his bout with the former Sawyer Fulton, 'The World's Most Dangerous Man' gave out some considerable praise for the big man, stating how good a wrestler he truly is. You never hear many people saying how good Fulton is, which isn't necessarily a jab at him, but rather it just goes to show how good wrestling is right now. The calibre is at such a high point that it's incredibly easy for certain names to slide under the carpet.
Shamrock's biggest piece of advice for Fulton was for him to leave Sami Callihan and the rest of oVe behind him. Ken firmly believes that 'The Draw' doesn't care whatsoever about Fulton, as long as he's the main focus of attention. We saw a few weeks ago, when Callihan attempted to stop Fulton's ambush on Shamrock, the former SAnity member shoved Sami off. That was a side we had never seen from him before, but perhaps it was only a sign of things to come.
