For a go-home show, IMPACT Wrestling missed a few key points here. Joe Doering vs. Satoshi Kojima, for example, is a marquee attraction, yet its excitement levels dipped severely this week. The same goes for Tenille Dashwood vs. Jordynne Grace to an extent, seeing as that match isn't needed as it is.

When they got it right, though, it banged a bit.

The announcement of Kenny Omega and Moose's IMPACT World Championship clash going down at Daily's Place rather than the IMPACT Zone went down a treat. W. Morrissey vs. Willie Mack and Rosemary vs. Havok were both adequate bouts that served their purpose, with the latter's story arc spilling over to Tasha Steelz vs. Kimber Lee, too. That match, alongside Trey Miguel and Petey Williams vs. Chris Bey and Rohit Raju, were prime examples of IMPACT promoting a match that should have been corkers, were instead uninspiring, but were salvaged by their aftermath.

Other highlights included promo packages for Moose and the soon-to-be debuting Steve Maclin, Sami Callihan and Tommy Dreamer forming a union for one night only against the Good Brothers, and Josh Mathews' commentary work continuing to boggle minds worldwide.

Let's get to it...
