8 Ups & 4 Downs From IMPACT Wrestling (15 April)

Downs...

4. Tenille's Time

Talk shows in professional wrestling are rarely a good thing in today’s era. Gone are the days of Piper’s Pit, The Highlight Reel, The Peep Show, et al. Noam Dar’s Supernova Sessions in NXT UK is utter trash, while The Miz’s Miz TV can sometimes be good but does very little most of the time.

Tenille Dashwood’s All About Me appears to be falling down the same trap.

The debut episode of Tenille’s new show saw her joined by Kaleb With A K and Gia Miller. Proceedings were off to a bad start when the segment occurred in the old set of Locker Room Talk; could IMPACT seriously not have found another room at Skyway Studios to give Dashwood her set? As for the segment’s content, Tenille noted how Deonna Purrazzo has never defeated her outside of IMPACT Wrestling, with that fate continuing in their Knockouts Championship showdown at Rebellion.

Tenille and Kaleb were only just getting on their feet in IMPACT. The last thing they need is a trashy talk show. Here’s hoping this isn’t as regular as Locker Room Talk was. At least that had some decent moments in its short history.
