8 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE Raw (19 June - Review)

3. Indus Silence

Maybe it’s just too early to judge whether Indus Sher is working on the main roster, but after a month and little more than a series of fairly routine big man squashes, it’s not looking like we’re seeing anything special.

Veer and Sanga aren’t unimpressive big men, but they also aren’t wowing audiences. They’re just kind of there. Two big guys squashing smaller opponents and yelling a lot can work, but there’s an intangible quality that needs to be present (think early in his run Braun Strowman, who managed to break through with a series of squashes.

Indus Sher manhandled Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin Monday night, riding out an early frenzy that dissipated in moments. As a squash, this was average. It doesn’t mean the duo won’t click, but we’re not looking at something special to write home about.
