8 Ups & 6 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Sep 29)
5. Bring Them Back Already
While Taya Valkyrie & Rosemary vs. Havok & Nevaeh as a match wasn't the best thing to come from this week's show, it did feature a post-match beatdown on Taya and Rosemary courtesy of Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz. 'The Hottest Flame' and 'The Boricua Badass' ambushed the pair of former Knockouts Champions before being chased off by their formal rivals, Havok and Nevaeh.
For starters, it doesn't make much sense why Havok and Nevaeh would come to Taya and Rosemary's aid here, other than their previous rivalry against Kiera and Tasha. However, it does prove one thing, that being Impact management seriously need to consider bringing back the Knockouts Tag Team Championships.
We've been saying this for months now, and for good reason. Aside from these three tandems, we've also got Kylie Rae & Susie and Deonna Purrazzo & Kimber Lee in the Knockouts tag team division, so why would doubles titles for them not work? There's never been a better time to reintroduce the titles, plus it means the title's history wouldn't end on a man as champion.
