8 Ups & 6 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Sep 29)

Downs...

6. Brian Myers, Again

Why, oh why, are Impact Wrestling essentially using Brian Myers to fill space on a card?

'The Most Professional Wrestler' had what could be classed as a comedy skit this week with Tommy Dreamer, which saw the two pass each other in a backstage corridor, resulting in 'The Innovator of Violence' grabbing Myers by the throat before a match was scheduled for Saturday's Victory Road. The added dramatic music in the background throughout the segment solidified its attempt at comedy.

When Myers first came into Impact, it felt as if a wrestling company was finally going to learn how to use him. It started off tremendously well, but things have taken a real turn for the worse as of late. Imagine if he actually loses to Dreamer on Saturday. There's no coming back from that.
