7. Triple Threat Chaos

Whenever you have a triple threat match, it can go one of several different ways: It can be outstanding; it can be “meh”; it can be a disaster; it can be anything in-between.

The three-way between Pete Dunne, Damian Priest and Killian Dain was a nonstop slugfest that featured an unending series of strikes and unique combo moves involving all three men. All three men hit their finishers and other high-impact moves that were broken up – the downside of a triple threat.

Priest was particularly impressive, as this was his first huge spotlight match, and he shined throughout, hitting a no-hands dive over the top to Dain on the floor and moving around much better than a man his size should be able to move.

In the end, it was Dunne stealing the victory by getting Dain out of the ring and pinning a prone Priest – after Killian had hit a senton onto Damian. But after seeing so many pinfalls broken up, this was probably the only way someone was scoring a three count.

Overall, the match was good, but wasn’t on-par with the rest of the card. If you were going to skip one match from the show, this would be the one. But it still wasn’t bad at all.
