8 Ups And 3 Downs For WWE NXT 2.0 (Sep 28)

NXT 2.0 was all about the ladies last night, but who looks set to be moved up in the WWE Draft?

For what feels like an eternity now, it's been no secret that the developmental brand's most powerful weapon is its embarrassment of riches when it pertains to the women found grappling on Tuesday night. So, doubling-down on these talented lasses and reminding those watching on just how bright the future is for WWE's various women's divisions as a whole, NXT 2.0 put their ladies front-and-centre during the latest edition of the vibrantly-splashed show.

And while some of the stars hitting the ropes were better suited to swimming in the deep-end than others at this stage in their careers, this current iteration of NXT is seemingly designed to give green faces a place to cut their teeth. So, we can forgive a few botched dropkicks as we go.

Some things we simply cannot turn a blind eye to, however. That being the multi-coloured brand's odd obsession with tearing down the "woke" among their fanbase, a tag team division with no direction whatsoever, and the same tired and plain old boring ways of extended nothing feuds. There's clearly still a lot of work to be done in re-earning the faith and momentum that once went hand-in-hand with Triple H's baby. And while Breakker's and Chase's seem to be doing the trick (slowly), WWE have a few notable bad habits to shake off if there's any hope of reinvigorating this dying brand.

So, on that joyous note, let's get to Upping and Downing the latest dose of "star-building" chaos...
