Whenever you’re watching an NXT TakeOver, you typically can count on the Velveteen Dream to deliver a memorable entrance, and Saturday was no exception.

With TakeOver emanating from Toronto, Dream’s entrance began with an old, familiar theme blaring, “I’m the Mountie!” as several mounties came out on the stage. The music then switched and the mounties shed their coats and hats to reveal the NBA Championship Toronto Raptors dance squad, who performed for a couple minutes before the Dream came out. It was a nice break in the action and a wonderful intro that played off its surroundings perfectly.

Give it up for Velveteen, who continues to deliver the goods both before and during the match.
