8 Ups And 4 Downs From WWE NXT Takeover: Unstoppable

3. Charlotte Spinning Her Wheels

If there€™s a candidate for someone who is long overdue for a call-up to the main roster, it€™s Charlotte. The daughter of Ric Flair is now three months removed from losing her NXT Women€™s Championship, which she held for nine months. Wednesday night, she participated in a tag team match with Bayley, defeating Dana Brooke and Emma. Prior to that, she lost a triple threat No. 1 contender€™s match. At this point, Charlotte has done it all in NXT. She€™s grown by leaps and bounds as an in-ring performer and is just freakishly athletic. The fact that she hasn€™t been brought up is strange, considering that she lost her title in February. Typically, the pattern has been that when someone loses their NXT title, they are WWE-bound (think Bo Dallas, the Ascension and the Lucha Dragons). Keeping Charlotte in NXT isn€™t helping her, and no one believes that WWE creative can€™t figure out what to do with the €œNature Girl.€
