Thankfully, WWE didn’t dwell too long on Finn Balor’s loss to Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble, and they seemingly have programmed him in his next feud.

After making some short comments about Brock, Finn was joined in the ring by Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush. After Rush called him a twerp (har, har), Balor noted that he lasted longer with Lesnar than Lashley did in the Rumble (12 seconds).

An enraged Lashley attacked Balor, leaving him lying. This time, however, it made some sense. An already-injured Balor got attacked, and now he’ll have his next mountain to climb: the Intercontinental Champion.
