It’s funny to realize that WWE has been making due without some of its top stars for quite some time. Then when you hear they’re coming back, and you can’t help but get giddy.

In this case, we’re talking about Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens, two guys who are highly entertaining, extremely skilled in the ring, and huge assets if utilized properly. Despite being a team for much of the year before both landed on the shelf, both men got separate vignettes during Raw plugging their returns.

It’ll be interesting to see whether they are paired together, whether both land on Raw, and how they’re positioned. Zayn is a natural babyface who had revitalized a flagging career by turning heel and aligning with KO, while Owens had been a heel his entire run before ostensibly turning face in his last match against Bobby Lashley.

It looks like we’ll find out soon enough.
