We’ll get to the other side of this issue later, but can we just point out how ridiculous it is that Raw opened with the McMahon Family braintrust in the ring attempting to explain the poor performance of Raw lately – and blaming middle-managers?

From there, the solution was simple: The McMahons need to “take back” Raw, as Triple H said.

Anyone who actually pays attention and follows the behind-the-scenes stories from WWE know that Vince McMahon has been rewriting Raw personally, which is a large part of the problem these days (47 writers who can’t write complete sentences scripting every last word of Raw without taking 30 seconds to figure out how to actually make a genuine star is the overarching problem).

The buck stops with the McMahons. Rather than actually take the blame, they passed that off to the Baron Corbins of the world, then proclaimed themselves the voice of the fans, the ones who would deliver the change the audience craves.

We’ll give the counter-point later, but come on.
