We really should take a moment and give kudos to Bubba Ray Dudley for his A+ trash-talking. Even though the Dudleys heel turn was stalled and very nearly squandered the past two months, the one good thing to come of it has been Bubbas trash-talk during matches. He berates his opponents, the fans, and now the referee.
During the Dudleys #1 contenders match against the Lucha Dragons Monday, Kalisto got injured, prompting the ref to check on him outside. Bubba wasted little time in yelling at the ref to ignore him because there was a match still going on, and if Kalisto couldnt compete, then DQ the Dragons or carry on with only Sin Cara. As the Dudleys continued their assault on Sin Cara, Bubba Ray turned to the ref and yelled, Hey stupid! Get in the ring! before the Dudleys went for a pin.
It was a great little moment to hear a guy known as Bully Ray in TNA berate a ref for not doing his job. That is what a villainous character does.
