8 Ups And 9 Downs From WWE WrestleMania 31

5. Divas Shine In The Spotlight

Rebuilding the Divas division into a serious, competitive group is going to take some time. It€™s not going to happen overnight, but Sunday€™s tag team match between the Bella twins and AJ Lee and Paige was a good start in the right direction. In recent weeks, WWE has seemed to take the Give Divas a Chance movement to heart, giving the female wrestlers more time to develop real matches. That continued at WrestleMania, with the Bellas, AJ and Paige delivering a fast-paced match that featured some solid moves, along with a nice little story with the Bellas repeatedly knocking AJ off the apron. If WWE is indeed serious about giving the women wrestlers a chance, then this is a good first step, especially considering that the mixed tag match at WrestleMania 29 was bumped for time and the Vickie Guerrero Invitational at Mania last year was a 14-woman car crash.
