8 Ways WWE Can Reinvent Seth Rollins

4. Return To Tag Team Wrestling

Seth Rollins Triple H
WWE

Teased a bit with his brief run with Braun Strowman, a return to his tag team roots might be just the cure for this "Seth Rollins is not cool" disease.

By no means should this be an Ambrose-removed version of The Shield however. It's time they all officially leave that chapter of their career in the past. Instead, Rollins should be looking to help build the future.

With young stars like Humberto Carrillo, Cedric Alexander and Ricochet fighting for relevance on the three hour show now, having somebody like Rollins teaming with them could be a great launching point. We already saw what that title match did to catapult Humberto into quick (and mostly Power Ranger meme-induced) internet fame.

And if they do decide to make Rollins heel, the same effect could be given to somebody like Buddy Murphy, or to perhaps relaunch the newly heel Shelton Benjamin. The point is that rather than souring Seth's fall from grace further, make it a bit more... well graceful.

And being that they share the red brand, if Rollins does go full heel mode to coincide with this it even leads to a potential grouping with The O.C. A group boasting Rollins and Styles as their top two members to go with the (usually/supposedly) dominant Gallows and Anderson looks much more imposing than the iteration that WWE is slowly burying at the moment.

Or perhaps, Rollins creates a new "club" of his own...
