8 Ways WWE Has Already F**ked Up The Divas Revolution

7. Match Finishes

Remember when Divas matches always ended with distractions or out of nowhere victories following the use of basic transitional moves? Of course you do, because these are still a staple of the Divas Revolution. During Monday night's Charlotte and Becky Lynch vs. Brie Bella and Alicia Fox match, Nikki hit Charlotte with a glancing blow and the Divas Champion was pinned moments later following a pretty shi**y looking dropkick from Brie. One more time: the Divas Champion was pinned after a DROPKICK. Even the worst matches on Raw between WWE Superstars right at the bottom of the ladder usually conclude with some sort of signature move, so how anyone is supposed to take the Divas Division seriously when matches are ending like this is impossible to say. Can you imagine Randy Orton being pinned after a clothesline? How about Dean Ambrose being taken out by a body slam? Of course not, and yet it's acceptable for the woman holding the Divas title to be taken out like a chump after a freaking dropkick. This type of lazy booking has always plagued the Divas Division and the Revolution has done nothing to change that. It's incredible really that the WWE had the audacity to show a video recap of Sasha Banks and Bayley's incredible Iron Man match (which featured a number of definitive and well handled victories for each competitor) before airing a sloppy bout between Nikki and Naomi which of course wrapped up with the latter losing after being distracted by events outside of the ring.
