8 Wrestlers Who Could Be Revealed As Leader Of The Dark Order

3. The Revival

Brodie Lee Dark Order

Pros:

Plot twist: The Exalted One is in fact two people: Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder. They have risked breaching their WWE contract to create a faction in AEW, ahead of their debut, with the express purpose of disturbing the Young Bucks in a psychological ploy to weaken them ahead of their dream encounter. The Revival continue to do jobs ahead of the imminent expiration of their contracts. They have resisted all attempts to re-sign, this match has been built forever, and all of this may be in service of it finally happening. No flips, just fists...

...plunged down throats in massively unpopular angles? Yeah, no...

Cons:

It's the Exalted One, and why would a tag team build up...a tag team they theoretically are in competition with, just to get inside the heads of Nick and Matt Jackson? Also, the Revival were scripted to bang on about tag team wrestling not being taken seriously on last week's SmackDown, which may represent another attempt on WWE's part to convince them to re-sign.

-Script the Revival to talk about making tag team wrestling meaningful.

-Subsequently do nothing to make tag team wrestling meaningful.

-???????

-Signature on contract.
