6. Dolph Ziggler (Stand Up Comedian)

The stop-start pushes of Dolph Ziggler in WWE must be so frustrating for him, and it's easy to see why he might think the company are having a joke at his expense. So it makes sense that he'd decide to take the joke into his own hands. That's what Ziggler does - or did before the pandemic hit - outside of WWE, as he moonlights as a stand-up comedian.

Of all the wrestlers who branch out into comedy, Ziggler never seemed like the type, as he's always been very serious in WWE, and there's little footage of him goofing around behind the scenes. But in his short comedy career, he has found quite a bit of success.

Ziggler started doing gigs in venues near WWE shows in 2013 after wanting to do so for years, and he soon started getting offers of gigs rolling in whenever WWE came to a new town. Eventually Ziggler even managed to organise a headline tour, for which he took some time off from WWE to complete.

As soon as theatre performances are on the table again, you have to believe that he's going to continue shaking his funny bone and lighting up the stage with his comedy chops - whilst still performing as a full-time wrestler.
