There's an air of uncertainty about what is going on with this match. Officially, WWE are still listing it on wwe.com as booked. "Bryan is undergoing diagnostic testing to see if he can defend his title at Extreme Rules," is WWE's statement. But insiders like Bryan Alvarez have reported that he could be out for five weeks. There's no word on what the injury actually is, but five weeks suggests that there's no chance of him performing this weekend. So why wouldn't WWE just say that? The whole thing is weird. At this point, the safest guess would be that the match gets pulled entirely. Either that or they have Bad News Barrett come out to do the old trick of making the referee do a ten count. If Bryan does end up competing, it probably makes sense to get the title off him. But it doesn't look like anything is happening. No Contest
