The Intercontinental chamber match is pretty easy to populate, with a bunch of different mid carder feuds inter-twining in tag matches over the last few weeks. Sheamus, Ziggler, Neville and Barrett have all gotten into each other's business for the last month or so, and since half of them wrestled for the IC gold at Wrestlemania, it makes sense to migrate all four men to the chamber, creating a new dish out of old leftovers. Speaking of which, the appearance of the otherwise RAW-standard Stardust vs R-Truth match on Payback's card (albeit the pre-show) could be a signal that WWE is doing a last-minute boost to those men in order to have them fill the final two pods. Considering both Truth and 'Dust were in the IC ladder match at WM as well, this makes sense. It's an attractive matchup, to be honest, as four of the participants could feasibly win it. Ziggler was involved the belt for the entire second half of 2014, and no one would ever begrudge a big Ziggler win; Sheamus has been reinvigorated by his heel turn and currently has momentum on his side; Barrett will be looking to add the IC title to his new collection of crown jewels; and Neville is coming off a super-hot debut. Considering that the restoration of the IC title's prestige will depend upon a series of excellent matches, anyone who's watched NXT over the last year will know that there's no one more reliable in the ring than Neville. He has that Bryan-like quality of being able to create an exciting, involving matchup with just about anybody, and it's time to give him the perfect full stop to a phenomenal debut. A Red Arrow from the top of the chamber would be an amazing PPV-ending spot, especially if followed by Daniel Bryan making an appearance to pass the torch to the next King of the 'diminutive but ferociously-talented' indy wrestlers.
