Triple H received a hellacious beating at the TLC PPV three weeks ago, with Roman Reigns waffling him with a chair repeatedly, putting Hunter through a table and then spearing him. He hasnt been seen on Raw since. (Sure, he recovered enough to show up at NXT TakeOver: London three days later, but thats beside the point.) Since then, weve seen his wife Stephanie McMahon berate and slap Roman silly, and Mr. McMahon has returned to play the role of evil boss that he does so well. Both McMahons have referenced how Triple H was incapacitated and taken out of action, though we havent gotten a medical update for how long the Game will be out. With Reigns defending his title in a match where Hunters father-in-law is the referee, it would make sense to have Triple H come back and try to help end Romans reign.
