Kassius Ohno has only just returned to WWE and NXT, but in between his stints in the company the man better known as Chris Hero has been a vital part of the PWG roster. It is in PWG that Hero has done the majority of his most loved work over the last couple of years, showcasing his ability to work great matches regardless of the style required. Hero has given us stiff brawls with Tommy End, athletic showcases with Trevor Lee, technical masterpieces with Zack Sabre Jr. and suplex exhibitions with Jeff Cobb. The man can do it all.

Hero is also a former PWG World Champion, winning the belt in 2008 and holding it for over a year before dropping it to Bryan Danielson at Guerre Sans Frontières. Hero managed to defend the belt on 10 occasions, doing so against Colt Cobana, Austin Aries, Joey Ryan and many more.

Hero also made it to the final of BOLA on three occasions, falling short at the final hurdle against Low Ki in 2008, Joey Ryan in 2010 and Zack Sabre Jr. (and Mike Bailey) in 2015. Hero is now Kassius Ohno once more, however - and many will be hoping that his second run in NXT is more successful than his first.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
